This article is for those suppliers who currently use FormXchange to trade with Aldi.

EDI webforms for Aldi will be decommissioned on FormXchange and will only be supported on Colladium.

All Aldi users will receive an invitation to join the Aldi community on Colladium.

    1. Click the link in that email to join.
    2. Follow the steps to join or create your organisation on Colladium.
  2. If you're already on Colladium:
    1. Login to Colladium.
    2. Click the card on your homepage that refers to the invitation to join the Aldi community.
  3. You will see that you have an invitation to join the Aldi community. Make sure you enter your GLN, GS1 prefix and vendor number, then click accept.
  4. Follow the steps to enter your billing details.
  5. Now all new orders from Aldi will be sent to you on Colladium.
  6. As Aldi may not send product descriptions or prices on their orders, you can follow these steps to ensure Colladium populates the description on the order and prices on the invoice.
  7. Finally, please let Aldi know that you are using Colladium to trade via EDI with them. This will make sure they don't contact you to go through a testing process. Our team has gone through a testing process with Aldi, so you don't need to do this. You can contact them at edi@aldi.com.au.
