Having trouble with MFA in Colladium? Try these steps:
1. Make sure the time in your authenticator app is correct
Authenticator codes are time-based, so your device's (or authenticator app's) time needs to be correct for the code to work properly.
Please follow these steps:
For iPhone users
- Open Settings
- Tap General
- Select Date & Time
- Turn on Set Automatically
- Go back to Colladium and try again.
For Android users
- Open Settings
- Go to System or General Management
- Tap Date & Time
- Turn on:
- Automatic date & time
- Automatic time zone (optional)
- Once updated, please try logging in again.
2. iPhone users: check the 'passwords' app
When you registered on Colladium, you may have scanned the QR code with your camera app. iPhones use the QR code to store codes in the Passwords app.
On your iPhone, open the Passwords app, then go to Codes. You should find the Colladium code there.
If you do, head back to Colladium and enter that code.
3. Check you're entering the right code
Your authenticator app may list a number of codes. Make sure you enter the one that's next to 'Colladium'.
