- Select the paid service you want to subscribe to
- such as a paid community (see how to do that here)
- or integrating with your 3PL so they can send ASNs on your behalf (see how to do that here)
- or the ability to download all your order details in CSV format.
- Review your order and complete your details, then click the button to continue to billing.
- You'll be taken to Stripe (the payment gateway that Colladium uses) to enter your credit or debit card details. When you're done, click save card.
- Once everything is complete, you'll have access to the service(s) you just subscribed to.
- For paid communities, you'll receive your first invoice for the service in 30 days. This gives you time to complete testing with the retailer. Your first payment will be deducted 7 days after that.
- For all other services, you'll receive an invoice from Colladium straight away. Your first payment will be deducted in 7 days.
