What is this functionality?
Standard Colladium functionality only allows high-level PO details to be downloaded in a CSV file. However this premium service will allow all PO details to be downloaded in a CSV. It will download a CSV file with all line item information like product, prices and more.
A sample of the CSV is at the bottom of this article. This will give you an idea of the structure of the information.
How much is it?
It’s $35 per month, and you can choose to be billed quarterly or yearly. If this is your only paid service, the minimum subscription term is 12 months.
How do you subscribe?
You will need to have super administrator or organisation administrator access to do this.
- Go to your organisation page by clicking the building icon or organisation name in the top right of the menu bar
- Open organisation settings > premium services > integrations, then select the CSV service:
