If you're having an issue with something on Colladium, our Support Team may ask you to grant them access to your Colladium account. The Colladium support team will never ask for your password. However you can grant them login access by following these steps:
- Hover over the user icon in the top right of the navigation menu
- Click settings
- On the left, click Colladium Support Access
- Select the amount of time to grant access for and click save
- You will be shown when access will be removed. But you can also remove access yourself by clicking the link
