You can easily download PDF files of your orders, despatch advices and invoices.

Download PDFs from your forms listing

1. Go to your forms listing by hovering over the forms icon in the menu and selecting your listing (like purchase orders, despatch advices or invoices
2. Tick the boxes to the left of the form(s) you want to download
3. Click the bulk export to PDF button
   
4. You'll receive a notification when your PDF is ready.

Download a PDF when viewing your form

1. Navigate to the form you want to download
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click print
