If you are getting this error while putting in your Google Authenticator code, please try these steps:
- Make sure you're using one of these browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Edge
- Safari
- Firefox
- De-activate and then reactivate the two-step authentication:
- Login to your Colladium account
- Go to your user settings by hovering over the user icon in the top right and clicking settings
- Click on to two-step authentication and click the link to deactivate it
- Delete the Colladium account from your Google Authenticator App
- Go back to your user settings in Colladium and click the link to re-activate two-step authentication.
- If you're using an Android phone, confirm the time on your phone is correctly aligned (Google Authenticator's code is based on time)
- Go to the Google Authenticator app on your phone
- Then go to Settings > Time Correction for codes >Sync now
- Logout of your Colladium account, login again, then try two-factor authentication once more.
