If you are getting this error while putting in your Google Authenticator code, please try these steps:

  1. Make sure you're using one of these browsers:
    • Google Chrome
    • Edge
    • Safari
    • Firefox
  2. De-activate and then reactivate the two-step authentication:
    1. Login to your Colladium account
    2. Go to your user settings by hovering over the user icon in the top right and clicking settings
    3. Click on to two-step authentication and click the link to deactivate it
    4. Delete the Colladium account from your Google Authenticator App
    5. Go back to your user settings in Colladium and click the link to re-activate two-step authentication.
  3. If you're using an Android phone, confirm the time on your phone is correctly aligned (Google Authenticator's code is based on time)
    1. Go to the Google Authenticator app on your phone
    2. Then go to Settings > Time Correction for codes >Sync now
    3. Logout of your Colladium account, login again, then try two-factor authentication once more.
