If you're a MessageXchange EDI Gateway customer, you will receive the despatch advice to your software.

  1. You’ll receive an email notification when your organisation receives a despatch advice

    If you don’t receive an email or can’t see a despatch advice you know your organisation has been sent, check that you have the correct user roles. Find out how to do that here.

  2. Click the link in the email, or the notification within Colladium. You can also access the despatch advice from your despatch advice listing: hover over forms and click despatch advices
