You'll receive a response back from the ATO once you've submitted your payevnt or update. Colladium will send you an email notification, as well as an in-app notification.

The response will be one of the following:

Your STP has been successfully processed by the ATO
Success
Nothing
Your STP has been processed by the ATO with a warning
Warning
Although the ATO have fully processed the file, they have returned one or more warnings. You should:
  1. Review the warning(s) on Colladium
  2. Fix the warning(s) in your software before the next payevnt.

Your STP has not been processed by the ATO
Error
The ATO has not processed your STP submission. You need to:
  1. Review the error(s) on Colladium
  2. Resolve the error(s) in your payroll system
  3. Submit a new file to the ATO if required.

Your STP has been partially accepted by the ATO
Partial
The ATO has only accepted part of your submission. You need to:
  1. Review the error(s) on Colladium
  2. Resolve the error(s) in your payroll system for the employees who were not processed
  3. Submit a new file to the ATO if required.
