You will need to be a Super Administrator or a Product Editor to do this.
This article shows you how to create products individually in Colladium. You can also upload a CSV of your product data. Find out how to do that here.
Navigate to the create product screen
Hover over the product icon in the menu and click product library. Then click on new
Add images of your product
Add up to 10 images of your product by clicking one of the squares, or dragging the images onto the squares.
Once you’ve added the photos, you can drag them to re-arrange the order. The image in the large square is considered the product’s main image and will be the one shown in the product listings.
Images must be a JPG, PNG or GIF file and be less than 100kb in size. You may need to use a tool like reduce images if your images are larger.
Enter your product’s information
Start entering your product’s data. The tooltips will give you some guidance on what the fields are.
Each product must have at least a GTIN or supplier item code before you can save it.
It’s a good idea to add your product’s global product classification, because other users can browse through these categories easily. If your product is correctly classified, others are more likely to find it.
Enter your product’s price
Find out more about adding prices here.
Add your product to a catalogue
You must be a Super Administrator or a Catalogue Editor to do this.
Find out more about adding your product to a catalogue here.
Preview your product
Previewing a product will give you an idea of how it will look to someone outside of your organisation.
Save your product
Now that all the information has been entered, you can save it! You can view all of your products in your product library. Find out how to navigate your product library here.
